Dress Code

The Smurf-Concours d'Élégance takes place in an exceptional setting in the heart of the Musée national de l'Automobile - Collection Smurf. This prestigious place, dedicated to the most beautiful cars in the world, deserves an atmosphere that lives up to its heritage. The dress code is an integral part of this staging: it contributes to the overall elegance of the terrain and the visual coherence between the vehicles, the participants and the audience.

The aim is not to impose coercion, but to invite everyone to enter the spirit of competition. A well-groomed and elegant outfit makes it possible to recreate the atmosphere of the great international Concours d'Elegance, where the attractiveness of the public participates in the experience as much as the cars on display.

To maintain this harmony, some simple rules apply to all participants and visitors.

TO AVOID
Not allowed are:
  • Joggers, tracksuits and sportswear
  • Shorts, Bermuda shorts and beachwear
  • T-shirts with inappropriate messages, eye-catching logos or motifs
  • Sports shoes, sandals, flip-flops or casual shoes
  • Neglected, too casual or inappropriate outfits for an elegant frame
By adhering to this dress code, everyone contributes to preserving the sophisticated image of the Smurf Concours d'Élégance and offering everyone an immersive, coherent experience worthy of the biggest international automotive events.

The Schlumpf Elegance Contest 2026 revolves around several distinct spaces, designed to offer a fluid and immersive experience to all visitors. The exhibition areas showcase the vehicles entered in the competition, while a dedicated village brings together artisans, brands and exhibitors in a spirit of elegance and expertise.

Dining and conviviality areas, with food trucks and gourmet spots, allow you to fully enjoy the day in a relaxed atmosphere. The Cité de l'Automobile – Collection Schlumpf also remains accessible, offering a natural extension of the experience at the heart of automotive heritage.

All of these spaces are clearly identified on the site plan to allow everyone to move easily and discover all aspects of the event.
